About the Author
Robert is the coach and founder of K2N Online Paddle School working with paddlers all over the world in each paddling discipline. Once the world record holder for 24 hours paddling SUP he has now started a paddle club in Florida. Robert is passionate about growing paddling in his region and the world through coaching. Working as an Athletic Trainer, this offers him additional insight into paddling performance.
