Registration & Participation Requirements

All crews must meet the deadlines listed on the official registration page in order to participate.

• All registrations must be completed online
• Registration deadline:
  Saturday, September 27, 2025 – 11:00am HST
• No late registrations will be accepted
• No changes will be accepted after this deadline

Important Registration & Payment Deadlines

Early Bird Registration

Deadline: Friday, September 12, 2025 – 11:59pm HST (ONLINE)

• Early Bird registration fee: $1,250
• Last day to pay for canoe shipping from Honolulu to Molokai: $450

Standard / Late Registration

Deadline: Monday, September 22, 2025 – 9:00pm HST (ONLINE)

• Registration fee with late penalty: $1,500 (includes $250 late fee)
• Applies only if you have shipped a canoe or have one available on Molokai
• Last day to:
  • Register and pay for a new crew
  • Pay the Non-HCRA Insurance Fee: $35 per paddler

(Fee subject to change based on fuel costs)

Important:
Any crew that does not pay for shipping online by Friday, September 12, 2025 – 11:59pm HST will be charged an additional $50 late fee, payable upon delivery of the canoe to Young Brothers.
